So my mixer came yesterday and I cannot wait to try it out later on today, I am going to make Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cupcakes and Island Breeze Cupcakes (Mango, Pineapple and Coconut - I did want to call it the Lilt Cupcake but I think I'd be in trouble if I called it that lol)
And I have bought two new piping nozzles for 85p each!!! And they are massive so will give them a go later on too and!!!! (how could I forget) a ice cream scooper thing to scoop my batter into cases :) will make my life so much easier now! And I will feel proper professional :D
Really can't wait for my groupon kit to come and my flower fondant cutters I got from eBay, they are taking a while to come, but it's worth the wait cause I will have a proper cupcake kit ready to bake you all lots of goodies :)
